Formula E in Rome… What an utterly AWESOME weekend! We supply #msadAndrettiFE with all their apparel, umbrellas etc and as the #FormulaE #RomeEPrix coincided with our 3rd anniversary, we treated ourselves to go and see them in action. Pit lane access was the icing on the cake! So cool to see the entire team wearing our gear and be made to feel like one of the team. We had of course saved a couple of shirts and caps for ourselves for the event…
We’ve recently revisited our main umbrella supplier in beautiful Yorkshire. The entire complex is carbon neutral. It’s run on a combination of solar, wind and hydro energy which is all captured on site. As if that wasn’t ‘green’ enough, we also received a sample of the umbrella with a canopy spun from around 60 recycled PET plastic bottles. We were able to study how designs are transferred to canopy by UV, Soft Feel and Silk Screen printing methods as well as the sewing process to create the bespoke finished product. We’d like to thank everyone at the plant for giving us such a warm welcome (along with proper Yorkshire sandwiches & tea.
We’ve been visiting Titleist for our annual review and took the opportunity to check out the golf club production facilities. Here, clubs can be tailored to the end user following a custom fitting. Very happy to report that we comfortably met all targets set by Titleist for 2016 and that we remain firmly entrenched within the UK’s top ten suppliers of corporate branded golf balls. 
Happy Days! Our company partners Ned & Aidan O’Keeffe won the coveted Father & Son competition at this years GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) golf day which was held at Dyrham Park Country Club. 
We spent the afternoon meeting some of our suppliers who conveniently held their exhibition at Farnborough International Airport – practically on our doorstep! Tons of exciting products on show and special offers to be had. It was good to meet face-to-face with so many people we usually only speak to on the phone – and the free lunch didn’t go amiss either! 
It’s time for the 40th anniversary of the Farnham Beerex!
This happy event has raised an astronomical £800,000 for charity since it’s debut in 1977 and this year is set to be the biggest and best yet. We are delighted to have played a small role by supplying the embroidered anniversary apparel which is on sale in the foyer of the Farnham Maltings. Some items are modelled here by members of the Farnham Lions and a ringer… Have a great weekend guys! 
We’ve recently been to Nottingham to pay a visit to our embroiderers. With a team of dedicated and experienced screen printers and embroiderers and over 20 years of expertise in the clothing industry, it’s no wonder they’re the best in the business. Our customers, ranging from small societies to large corporations, have always been delighted with the high quality of their finished merchandised products. The attached photo shows football scarves in production. 
Today we received our promotional DT Solo golf balls from Titleist. These will shortly be available in areas adjacent to fairways all over the South-East. 
Denis Stewart Associates is no more and DSA Golf is born. We wish Denis a happy retirement and a HUGE thank you for helping to make the transition to DSA as smooth as possible. 
The transition from Denis Stewart Associates to DSA Golf is almost complete. The office at Romolco House in Bagshot has been vacated and the new office in Viscom House, Farnborough is taking shape. The desks and cupboards have been assembled. Phone lines and network installed and tested. Pc’s and printer in place. Bank accounts set up. I think were ready to hit the ground running after the long weekend. Happy Easter folks… 🐇
